Foley House is a unique community that provides unique living opportunities to residents. The housing offers two types of housing options: Stable and transitional. Both options are managed by the Sober Living program. Stable living homes offer many of the same amenities as other living homes, but include a stable residence and a clean surrounding. transitional living homes transition from a house into an apartment and usually include a kitchen and one or two bedrooms.
Residents who choose the Stable-living option are given a house with a lot of character and a comfortable setting that do not take away from their personality. Stable-living homes are priced to sell and have a minimum of three units. For those wanting to move out on their own and have a more relaxed neighborhood, transitional homes are priced to sell with as few as two units to accommodate a wide variety of different people. This makes this community perfect for people who like to move around and do things but don’t want to move into a big house.
In addition to providing a residential option, Foley House offers a unique opportunity to be involved with the Sober Living program. Each resident has the opportunity to take a Sober House Leadership Course. This course focuses on a specific area of Sober Living and includes information on nutrition, meditation, goal setting, and stress management. Sober Living is a living home for up to twelve individuals at any given time. Residents interact with each other on a daily basis and benefit from the shared experience of eating and breathing together. Those wishing to take part in Sober Living and use the transitional living opportunities may contact the Sober Living Program for more information on enrollment and class requirements.
