The mission of New Hope Recovery House, (NWH), is “to offer intensive inpatient, outpatient, detox, residential, outpatient programs to adults with all ages who are suffering from a drug addiction.” They accept people from all walks of life, including families and individuals. The goal of this unique faith-based rehab facility is to offer a high-quality, supportive, comprehensive recovery experience, while providing an environment that supports patients’ self-recovery. The Center offers a 12-step program for people suffering from addiction. The New Hope recovery program incorporates the” Twelve Principles of Contemporary Alcoholism Treatment” and includes the “Compact for Safe and Supportive Housing,” ” Meal Planning for Men,” ” Substance Abuse Treatment,” and “Ministry.”
The transitional living program at New Hope focuses on helping clients to transition out of inpatient services, while also participating in outpatient services and medication-assisted treatment. The transitional living program assists clients with finding permanent employment, participating in self-help groups, participating in Alcoholics Anonymous meetings, and finding affordable housing. Clients do not need to attend alcohol or drug counseling or to participate in substance abuse treatment before they can be considered for the transitional living program.
There are various inpatient and outpatient treatment services that are offered by New Hope. Some of these include detoxification and rehab programs, medication-assisted treatment (such as inpatient or residential treatment), day and night recovery support, personal therapy, parenting skills, life skills development, financial counseling, HIV and AIDS, sex therapy, nutritional counseling, supervision, spiritual support, psychotherapy, physical therapy, and family therapy. Services are also available to families, including parenting programs, legal assistance, legal matters, contacting a church or other spiritual organization, and finding resources.
