Sunlight of the Spirit Sober Living in Phoenix Arizona, where I am from, is really a place I can’t get enough of the sun! If you’re from another part of the country, it might be difficult for you to get all that sun you need. I am writing this from my vantage point in the Phoenix area, but I’m sure other people feel just the same way about the sun, as I do. So, I thought I’d give you a little bit of sun related advice on how you can experience it more often in your life.
In my own transition, I like to do Sunlight Yoga at least three times a week, once in the morning before work, once after work, and then right before I go to bed. It’s a beautiful, gentle exercise that I have fun with. This is a great, safe, gentle way to transition out of the day. Just ten minutes each session can make a big difference, even if you can only do it once a week. Sunlight is such a powerful way to help out with releasing that heavy feeling from our shoulders, chest, and back.
So, I think Sunlight of the Spirit Sober Living is such a great way for people to experience the light and feel such a connection with nature that they can really appreciate it and see so much more in a short amount of time. It’s a wonderful transition between day and night. My husband, who is from Florida, comes to visit me from time to time and is always so excited about being home, and it’s always exciting when I bring up Sunlight Yoga. He has so much fun, and so much more insight and awareness to see because he gets to experience it himself! He really loves it!
