Scottsdale, Arizona is a beautiful place with great weather. I’m planning on moving here in the near future, so I wanted to talk about the transition of Sanctuary Sober Living into their full-service real estate offerings. They offer several transition products from a hotel to permanent residences-from lofts to apartments-as well as Scottsdale transition services including: Full Service Retirement Living, Mid-Market Retail Real Estate, and Mobile Business Development. In this article I will introduce their lofts and their transitional living units.
Sanctuary Sober Living has many locations in both Phoenix and Scottsdale. Some of their lofts have been featured on television like NBC Night and E! They are also known as one of the leading Arizona treatment program for the addicted and has received great acclaim from national and local media sources such as People, Today’s Woman, Child Magazine, Phoenix News Now, and others. This company offers a full range of transition services from detoxification to residential treatment programs and all the way to long term or short term drug and alcohol recovery homes.
The Sanctuary is an apartment that is located on the Sanctuary Sober Living campus and has two-story townhome style architecture. The building is fully automated with modern conveniences including: dishwasher/robotics control, high speed internet access, washer/dryer, security system, and parking permit. They also offer two outpatient treatment programs including an outreach program to families and individuals experiencing the effects of addiction. The first of which is a gender-specific inpatient treatment program that allows the gender specific needs of the client to be met in the most comfortable and effective manner possible. The second is a community-based outpatient treatment program that allows clients of any age and ethnicity to participate in a clean living environment while receiving medical treatment for their addiction.
