O’Hearn Thomas, PhD is a world famous expert in drug and alcohol addiction treatment and rehabilitation. A former Alcoholic Psychologist for the Department of Social Service in Boulder, Colorado, he now directs the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Division of the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Education Center at the University of Colorado Springs. O’Hearn is widely regarded as an expert in drug and alcohol addiction treatment because of his many years of experience and training as a drug and alcohol therapist and counselor.
